The Pax Man

Jeremy Paxman is an outstanding journalist, a beacon of truth and justice in the rather swampy journalism of the BBC in general. I can't remember any stories that he's broke exclusively, or if he was ever a war correspondent; but the great way he asks questions over and over again betray a great integrity, or bad short-term memory. His sarcasm is what makes the BBC such a noble institution. He's so good at what he does, in fact, that he only needs to be there a dozen times a year, during which he blasts away the competition and asks them if they want any fucking more. He spends the rest of the year (I presume) in his attic, watching a portrait of himself get redder and redder in the face, and is also a keen whale hunter.
